摘要
目的：建立乌鸡白凤软胶囊中芍药苷含量的测定方法。方法：采用HPLC，色谱柱：Kromasil 100AC18（4．6mm×250mm，5μm）；芍药苷流动相：乙睛-0．1％磷酸溶液（17：83）；检测波长：230nm；柱温：30％；流速：1．0mL·min^-1。结果：芍药苷在0．368—2．208μg线性关系良好。r=0．9999，平均回收率为99．96％。结论：本法操作简单、准确．重复性好，可用于乌鸡白凤软胶囊的质量控制。
Objective： To establish a determination of peoniflorin in Wuji Baifeng Soft Capsule by HPLC. Methods： RP- HPLC with Kromasil C18 （4, 6mm×250mm, 5μm） column was used. The mobile phase of peoni- florin was mixture of acetonitrile -0. 1 % phosphoric acid （17：83） and the detection wavelength was 230nm. The column temperature was 30℃. The flow rate was 1.0mL·min^-1. Results： The linear range was from 0. 368μg to 2. 208 μg （r = 0. 999 9） for peoniflorin. The average recovery of peoniflorin was 99.96%. Conclusion： The methods are simple. The result is accurate and the reproducibility is good. The methods can be used as the quality control of Wuji Baifeng Soft Capsule.
