In this article, by illustrating the difference in security mechanism and encryption algorithm of USIM and SIM, the security advantages of USIM are clearly shown. The main content of this article covers basic introduction for USIM, security control of files in USIM, encryption of data transmitted in USIM, the integrality of its checking algorithm, as well as the security control in terms of authentication, etc.
