摘要
本文提出了用干扰因子logIx＇/Ix衡量干扰效应,用t-检验法判断干扰大小的方法。研究了钠、铝、铜、锌对不同电离能和激发能的分析谱线的干扰效应。
A new method is presented for the measurement and decision of the interference effects in ICP-AES by means of leg Ix＇/Ix and t-test respectively. The interference effects of sodium, aluminium, copper a d zinc on analysis spectral lines of different io izaticn energy and excitation energy have been studied.
