雷贝拉唑 克拉霉素 呋喃唑酮5d疗法治疗Hp阳性胃炎50例临床观察

摘要 目的观察和评价雷贝拉唑、克拉霉素、呋喃唑酮5d疗法治疗慢性幽门螺杆菌(Hp)阳性胃炎的临床疗效。方法将我院近1年确诊为Hp阳性的胃炎患者分为2组,治疗组使用雷贝拉唑、克拉霉素、呋喃唑酮三联方案治疗,对照组使用奥美拉唑、阿莫西林、甲硝唑三联方案治疗。结果治疗组总有效率94%,对照组总有效率79%,2组差异有显著性。结论含雷贝拉唑5d疗法方案治疗Hp阳性胃炎具短程、安全、有效、经济等特点。
