摘要
目的探讨弥散性轴索损伤的诊断与治疗。方法回顾分析2000年1月～2006年6月收治的38例弥散性轴索损伤患者的临床资料。结果手术治疗9例,保守综合治疗29例,总病死率为34.2%(13/38)。结论弥散性轴索损伤的病死率较高,应早期诊断和采取积极有效的综合治疗以提高其治愈率。
Objective To explore the diagnosis and treatment of diffuse axonal injury （DAI）. Methods The chnical data of 38 patients with DAI were analyzed retrospectively from January 2000 to June 2006. Results 9 cases were on operation, and 29 cases with non operative treatment. The total mortality was 34.2%（ 13/38）.Conclusions The mortality of DAI is relatively high. To increase the recovery rate,early diagnosis and active effective comprehensive treatment should be suggested.
