摘要
探讨重庆市全面建设小康社会和现代化指标体系两者之间的作用关系,利用构建完备了的指标体系,在经济发展、社会进步、政治文明、生活质量、人口素质和资源环境六个方面从指标选取、指标参照值定位以及指标实现度等角度进行必要的分析。从静态动态两个角度,借助相关图形模型和计量经济模型对两套指标体系中的指标进行了客观的对比分析和较深层次的机理探究。
This paper discusses the relationship between overall constructing well - off all - round society index system and modernization index system of Chongqing, uses completed index system to analyze the index selection, index contrast value selection and index realization degree in six aspects such as economic development, social progress, political civilization, living quality, population quality and resources environment, and makes deep objectively comparative analysis and mechanism exploration of the indexes in two index systems through relative diagrams and models and econometric models from dynamic and static angle.
