摘要
为了解决噪声对核径迹图像的参数提取、判别、分类与计数以及数据处理的影响,借助MATLAB软件分析了不同焦距核径迹图像的直方图特征、频谱特征和边缘特征,并确定了Robert算子作为对核径迹图像边缘检测的最好算子。同时,以核径迹图像的总灰度值之和取最大值为核径迹图像聚焦质量的评价标准,并按照这个标准设计了显微镜的自动聚焦算法。
To solve noise impact on the parameter extraction, recognition, classification, count and data processing of nuclear track image, we make use of MATLAB to analyze histogram feature, frequency spectrum feature and edge feature of different focalized nuclear track image and confirm that the Robert operator is the best operator to detect edge of nuclear track image. Meanwhile, we consider the maximum of the sum of total intensity value of nuclear track image as an appraisal standard of focalization value {or nuclear track image, and design the automatic focalization arithmetic of the microscope according to the standard.
