摘要
课堂教学是院校教学工作的基本形式,如果不把学员当作主体,不尊重学员,教学不从学员出发,只管教,不管学,最终的结局是学员厌学厌师,导致教育的失败。培养学员的主体意识,发扬主动精神,将是一切教学活动的基本着眼点,也是教学改革的主要趋势。
Class teaching is the basic form in college daily teaching activities. If not looking students as our main body, not respecting them, not starting from them, not managing their studies and only teaching, then the final end is that the students will detest teachers and reject learning. And it brings us educational failures. For this reason, to develop students＇ principal self consciousness and initiative spirit are the basic starting points of all teaching activities and also will be the primary tendency during the pedagogical reformation.
