摘要
水是生命之源,人类的生存离不开水。中国作为世界上人口最多的国家,水资源短缺的问题尤为严重,现已威胁到整个民族的生存和经济社会的进一步发展。因此,在构建资源节约型社会和环境友好型社会的进程中,节约用水,确保水资源的可持续利用无疑具有重要的战略意义。
Water is the source of life. Human can not live without water. Because China is the country having the largest population, the problem of water resources shortage is quite important, which has threatened the existence of the whole nation and further development of economic society. Therefore, in the process of establishing resource conservation society and environment friendly society, undoubtedly economizing on water and assuring sustainable usage of water resources have strategic significance.
