摘要
中小企业在我国经济发展中已经占有举足轻重的地位,它是推动我国国民经济发展的一支重要力量。而中小外贸企业则更是我国扩大出口和发展外向型经济主力军。但是,由于近年来内外经营环境的不利变化,众多中小外贸企业在改革和发展中遇到了种种困难,其中尤以融资难为甚。此文试图通过中小外贸企业与银行之间的博弈分析来说明我国中小外贸企业融资问题的根本所在,并提出一些解决问题的途径。
Small and medium-sized enterprises have occupied pivotal position during the process of domestic economic development. They are the important parts that push the national economy forwards. Further more, small andmedium-sized foreign trade enterprises play the key role in enlarging export and developing export oriented economy, but due to recent unfavorable change of domestic and international economic atmosphere, many enterprises fall upon dark days during the process of reform and development, especially in financing. The article shows the basic problems of it and the way to solve them by the game theory analysis on the relationship between small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises and banks.
