摘要
直驱式电液伺服阀(DDV阀)采用力马达直接驱动伺服滑阀,其结构简单,可靠性高,抗污染能力强,而性能指标也能够满足实际系统需要,是目前有发展前途的一种电液伺服关键元件,但是其力马达的非线性对阀的性能有一定的影响,本文对磁滞非线性影响DDV电液伺服阀动态性能的问题进行了研究,所得出的结论为同类电液伺服阀的研发提供了参考。
Direct Drive Servovalve uses linear force motor as driver and drives slide valve of servovalve directly by magnifying execute component, this paper mainly expresses that hysteresis has influence on dynamic performance by using simulation and test research on Direct Drive Servovalve, so as to offer reference for some similar servovalve.
