在布基纳法索肺结核症状者就诊于医疗卫生机构后能得到妥善的管理吗?

Are patients who present spontaneously with PTB symptoms to the health services in Burkina Faso welI managed?

地点:从布基纳法索53个卫生服务中选择的6个地市。目的:评价布基纳法索医疗卫生机构发现传染性肺结核病人(PTB)的水平。设计:回顾2001年一级卫生服务中心和实验室的初诊病人登记本和结核病诊断治疗中心(CDTs)的治疗登记本。结果:涂阳肺结核病人的发现率是11.7/100000。248730例成年病人中有10.6%是由于咳嗽就医;1.1%有慢性咳嗽症状。在慢性咳嗽病人中,66%已被转诊并作痰涂片镜检,其中69.7%已被登记在CDT。转诊并追踪到位于CDT的病人中,有22.5%的病人为阳性诊断结果。在这些阳性病人中,87.1%者已在同一CDT接受治疗。结论:由于病人丢失发生在结核病诊断的各个阶段,所以布基纳法索的肺结核病人发现率较低。病人发现依赖卫生医疗机构人员的工作效力和向CDT转诊可疑症状者的情况。
