早发性与晚发性帕金森病临床及PARKIN基因突变对照研究 被引量：1

摘要 帕金森病（Parkinson disease，PD）是一种常见的中老年人中枢神经系统变性疾病。临床上以静止性震颤、运动迟缓、肌强直和姿势步态异常为主要特征。目前认为部分家族性PD和散发性PD是由PARKIN基因突变所致。我们于2003年1月至2005年12月收集了27例早发性与19例晚发性PD，对其临床特征与PARKIN基因突变进行分析。
