肾脏巨大透明细胞肉瘤一例 被引量：1

摘要 患儿男，9岁。无意中发现腹部包块就诊。自发病以来，患儿一般情况可，偶有腹胀。体检：右侧腹部扪及约10cm×8cm质韧包块。
