胰腺恶性胃泌素瘤伴肝转移二例
摘要
例1 男，64岁。反复上腹部疼痛1年余。空腹血清胃泌素162．12ng／L，滴钙试验3h内胃泌素达到高峰（〉1200ng／L）。空腹胃液pH值2．0，胃镜示十二指肠球部溃疡（A1期），幽门螺杆菌（＋）。MRI示胰腺头颈部肿块，直径5．2cm×4．0cm×3．8cm，边界清楚，T1WI低信号，T2WI等信号，增强后中度强化，与正常胰腺强化程度相似。
