摘要
本文对点滴薄样X射线荧光光谱分析常用的支撑材料——基底滤纸的均质性、外形、最佳尺寸等进行了研究,并探讨了试样溶液离子在滤纸表面的扩散行为,提出了优化制样条件的方法。
Homogeneity, lineal thickness, mass-thickness, purity and optimum specimen size of 12 commonly used substrate filter papers for filter paper method of XRF have becn studied. The diffusion behaviours of sample solution ions on the filter papers are investigated. As aresult, an optimum specimcn preparation method was proposed.
