摘要
张河湾水库移民对环境的影响主要表现为对水土资源环境的影响。通过对移民迁入产生的资源压力进行量化分析以及移民开发利用水土资源的价值核算,直观反映移民对安置区的环境影响。量化评价结果表明,安置区水土资源并不充裕,但通过资源的开发利用可以承载移民的生产生活需要,移民对安置区水土资源的年消耗价值为266.7万元。建立的移民安置环境影响量化评估模型,为水利水电工程移民环境影响的量化评价提供了一种新方法。
The environmental impact caused by immigrants of Zhanghewan Reservoir is mainly on water and soil resources. It was revealed directly by calculated results of the stress on the resources caused by immigrants and the value of the two resources used by immigrants. The results showed that the water and soil resources are not plentiful, but they can satisfy immigrants＇ needs by means of immigrants＇ exploitation and utilization, and their annual consumption value is 2667 thousand RMB. The established model provides a new method for the environmental impact quantitative evaluation caused by immigration of water and hydropower projects.
