摘要
介绍了HV582型牵伸机疏水系统的结构及工作原理,分析了疏水系统存在的问题,并进行了技术改造。改变疏水方式,改进疏水管路,设置排空管线、旁通阀和止回阀,采用多功能疏水器,改造后的疏水系统可保证辊筒温度达到工艺要求,减少了蒸汽消耗,实现了辊筒温度的有效调节。
The structure and working principle of drainage system of HV582 stretch machine were introduced. The problem in the drainage system was analyzed. The technological alternation, such as changing drainage method, adapting the drainage pipelines, equipping with erupting-pipelines, by pass valve and check valve, applying muhifunctional steam trap, was conducted to ensure the roller temperature meeting the process requirement, reduce the steam consumption and realize the efficient regulation of roller temperature.
