摘要
介绍了在常规PA6 HOY生产设备上直接纺制微细旦PA6 HOY的生产工艺,分析了纺丝工艺条件、喷丝板设计、卷绕工艺等的影响。结果表明,当纺丝温度262~264℃,喷丝孔长径比2.5∶1,侧吹风温度18℃,油剂质量分数为8%,卷绕速度4 500 m/min时,可生产出单丝线密度约1.0 dtex的微细旦PA6 HOY。
The production process of direct spinning microfine PA6 HOY was introduced on the traditional PA6 HOY production line. The influence of the process conditions, spinneret design and winding process was analyzed. The results showed that the microfine PA6 HOY with the linear density per filament about 1.0 dtex can be produced under the conditions of spinning temperature 262 - 264℃, spinneret LID ratio 2.5 : 1, cross air blow temperature 18℃, finish oil concentration 8% by mass fraction and winding speed 4 500 m/min.
