摘要
利用坩埚法制备玄武岩连续纤维。研究了玄武岩纤维的熔融过程和拉丝工艺以及玄武岩纤维的基本特性。结果表明:选择陕西略阳辉绿岩矿作为玄武岩连续纤维的原矿,采用分体式氧化铝氧化铬坩埚,高度为13 mm,孔径为4 mm,台阶式漏嘴纺制玄武岩连续纤维,最长能成形15 m,纤维直径为12.2μm。
A continuous basalt fiber was prepared by crucible process. The melting and drawing spinning processes of basalt fiber were studied. The physical and chemical eharacteristics of the basalt fiber were studied. The results showed that the continuous basalt fiber can be prepared with the length maximum of 15 m and diameter of 12.2 μm by choosing Luoyang diabase in Shannxi Province as the source ore and adopting straticulate alumina and chromium oxide crucible ladder-shape with a orificed tip of 13 mm in height and 4 mm in diameter.
