摘要
对利用电炉还原渣配制生料煅烧水泥熟料进行了研究。结果表明,还原渣中矿物的晶种作用和矿化剂作用,不仅能降低液相的出现温度,而且在固相反应中能加速C2S、C3A、C4AF等矿物的形成,具有增产降耗的作用。熟料28 d抗压强度提高约5 MPa。
Here is a research on how to use the reduced slag from the electric furnace to make raw batch to calcinate clinker. The result from the research indicates that the effect of the crystal seed and mineralization agent from ore of the reduced slag can not only lower the temperature happening in the liquid state, but also accelerate the formation of the solid state of such ores as C2S, C3A, C4AF, hence the effects of raising production and reducing consumption. The 28 days' compression strength of clinker can bi increased by about 5 MPa.
