摘要
目的探讨治疗脑转移癌的有效方法,改善患者生存质量,延长生存期。方法应用威猛加顺铂的化疗方案配合放射治疗23例脑转移癌患者,放疗采用6MV加速器X线全颅二侧野对穿照射,肿瘤吸收剂量3 000-4 000 cGy/3-4周,对单发转移灶再缩野局部追加肿瘤吸收剂量1 500-2 000 cGy/1.5-2周;化疗以威猛和顺铂二药联合,每4周为1疗程,共进行2-4疗程。结果23例中完全缓解2例(8.7%)、部分缓解14例(60.9%)、稳定5例(21.7%)、无效2例(8.7%),总有效率为69.6%。中位生存期8.5个月。主要毒副反应是骨髓抑制和胃肠道反应。结论该治疗方法对脑转移癌患者比较合理而有效。
Objective To study the effective treatment for cerebral metastatic carcinoma, in order to improve the life quality and prolong the survival duration. Methods 23 cases were treated with radiotherapy associated with VM-26 and DDP chemotherapy. Results 2CRs, 14PRs, 5SDs and 2SDs were obtained in 23 cases. The effective rate was 69.6%. The median survival duration was 8.5 months. The major side-effects included leukopenia and gastrointestinal adverse responses. Conclusions It is an effective and reasonable treatment for patients with cerebral metastatic carcinoma.
