本文简述了主组份回归计算方法的基本原理,并引入不相容因子(DF)的概念来检验分析结果的可靠性。该法用于芦丁-CTMAB三元显色体系中分光光度法同时测定钨、钼、钒,取得了满意的效果,
The principle of principal component regression (PCR) is outlined. PCR is of the ability to overcome the colinearities in the data matrix without removing the useful information, but filtering the noise from it. The method is applied to the determination of W, Mo, and V in the ternary complexes of Rutin-CTMAB system. The analytical results for composite samples are sati sfactory. The reliability of the results for unknown sample can be tested by calculating dissimilar factor.
