大鼠支气管肺泡灌洗液中肺孢子虫的超微结构观察

摘要 目的观察大鼠支气管肺泡灌洗液中肺孢子虫的超微结构。方法Wister大鼠皮下注射地塞米松8周,诱导建立肺孢子虫肺炎的动物模型。乙醚麻醉下处死大鼠,收集大鼠的支气管肺泡灌洗液,浓缩病原体。扫描电镜下观察肺孢子虫的超微结构。结果扫描电镜下可见Wister大鼠源肺孢子虫有两种形态:一种虫体表面光滑,近球形,大小3~5μm。且部分光滑型虫体表面有2~3个脐形凹陷,凹陷上可见数个微孔;另一种虫体表面粗糙,形态近球形或不规则形。大小5~9μm。虫体表面可见不同形态的突起、伪足、微孔、凹陷等。结论扫描电镜下大鼠源肺孢子虫有光滑型及粗糙型两种形态,认为前者是包囊后者为滋养体。 To study the ultramicrostructural feature of pneumocystis under scanning electron microscope. Wister rats model of Pneumocystis pneumonia was established by subcutaneous injection with dexamethsone for 8 weeks. Rats were anesthetized by inhaling with ether, bronchoalveolar lavage fluid of rats was collected and concentrated to study ultramicrostructure feature of Pneumocystis under scanning electron microscope. It was found that, under scanning electron microscope, Pneumocystis of rats has two principal morphylogies: smooth-surfaced organisms and rough-surfaced organisms. The former showed spherical shape, measured 3-5 μm, some of them had 2-3 umbilicate concaves, micropores can be seen on the umbilicate coneaves. While,the latter showed spherical or irregular shape, measured 5-9μm, the surface of them possessed villous projections, filopodia, pseudopodia, micropores or concaves. It is scope have two principal morphylogies: the smooth-surfaced are the trophozoites. evident that Pneumocystis of rats under scanning electron microorganisms organisms are the cysts, and rough-surfaced organisms
