摘要
目的:探讨疝环充填式无张力疝修补术后并发症的防治。方法:总结1999年3月至2002年3月采用疝环充填式无张力疝修补术治疗116例腹股沟疝的经验。结果:116例均痊愈出院,平均住院时间7d。术后切口严重疼痛18例,持续疼痛2例,腹股沟区异物感2例,阴囊积液9例,切口感染2例,尿潴留16例。95例获随访4～7年,2例出现腹股沟区疼痛和牵拉感,1例复发。结论:积极预防和降低术后并发症,有望进一步提高本病治疗效果。
Objective：To discuss the prevention and treatment of the postoperative complications of Mesh plug hernia repair. Methods：The experiences of 116 patients with inguinal hernia treated by Mesh plug hernia repair from March 1999 to March 2002 were summarized . Results：There were 18 patients of severe wound pain,2 durative pain ,2 foreing body sensation in the groin region,2 wound infection, 16 urinary retention and 9 scrotal hydrocele after operation. 2 patients presented pain and tensional sensation in the groin region and 1 recurred in 95 patients followed up 4 - 7 years. Conclusion： The prevention and decrease of the postoperative complications are attempted and the further improvement of the therapeutic effect is hopeful.
