摘要
通过对建设社会主义新农村亟须解决农民收入增长缓慢,城乡居民收入差距越来越大,农业基础设施薄弱,农村教育、卫生、社保等发展滞后,农村信贷资金供给不足等主要问题的分析,从社会主义新农村建设的产业支撑,技术与体制保障,物质条件与经济基础,发展平台等方面,提出了解决这些主要问题的对策建议。
In the article, we analyze the various problems in the process of constructing the new socialist countryside. The problems that need solving at present include the slow increase of the farmers＇ income, the wider gap between the urban residents＇ income and the farmers＇ income, the insufficient facilities in the countryside, the slow - down of education, sanitation and social security, the insufficient supply of rural credit etc. The article put forward the suggestions of the strategies of solving these problems by means of the support of industry, technology and system guarantee, the material condition and the economy basis and development platform etc.
