摘要
在三维有限元分析软件的基础上,建立了液压卡盘的夹持刚度优化模型。以液压卡盘夹持刚度为优化目标,以液压卡盘形状参数为设计变量。优化结果表明,液压卡盘的形状参数对夹持刚度影响很大,因此在设计液压卡盘时必须考虑液压卡盘形状参数对夹持刚度的影响。
The rigidity optimum model of a hydraulic chuck is established based on 3-D FEM model. The optimum function is the rigidity of a hydraulic chuck, the design variables are shape parameters. The optimum results show that the shape parameters have a a substantial effect on the rigidity of the hydraulic chuck. Therefore it's crucial to take account into the effects of shape parameters on the rigidity in the structure design of the hydraulic chuck.
