摘要
探讨肝移植非手术技术性胆道并发症的发病原因、机制。收集近年国内外较新近资料，综合外科学，生理病理学，免疫学探讨胆道并发症发病机理。缺血性胆管损害、免疫性胆管损害及感染性胆管损害是肝移植非手术技术性胆道并发症的主要病因。
Objective To discusses the reason and mechanism of ihe non-surgery technical biliary complication after liver transplantation. Recent literatures were selected. Data were mainly from surgery, physiopathology, and immunology, which analyzed the nesogenesis of biliary complication. The ischemic-type biliary lesion, and immunity biliary lesion, infectious biliary lesion are main reasons of the non-surgery technical biliary complication after the liver transplantation.
