摘要
地方文献是有关一个区域自然和社会的历史记录,是一种重要的信息资源。地方文献的特色化建设是网络环境下地方文献资源共享的基础。我国西部地区的地方文献资源丰富而浩瀚,并有着浓郁的西部特色。合理布局地方文献,走特色化建设道路,是地方文献为经济建设、学术研究和文化保护与发展提供信息资源的有效途径。
The local documents are the historical records about the history and nature in a region, and are the important information resources. Constructing the characteristics of local documents is the basis of local document resource sharing under the network environment. There are rich resources of local documents in Western China. It is an effective way for the local documents to provide information resource for economic construction, academic study and cultural development that we arrange the local documents reasonably and construct the characteristics.
