摘要 电容式原油含水率仪是基于原油与水介电常数的差异研制而成的,电容式含水率仪的信号解释不仅与电容结构有关,还涉及混合介质等效介电常数理论。文章以常见的同轴式电容传感器为例,详细分析介绍了信号解释数学模型的建立,总结了常用的混合介质等效介电常数模型及其适用范围。 The capacitance water-cut meter is developed based on the difference of the dielectric constant between oil and water. The signal interpretation of the water-cut meter is not only related to the configuration of the capacitance sensor, but also to the theory of effective dielectric constant of different dielectrics mixture. This paper takes the familiar coaxial capacitance sensor as an example, analyzes and introduces the mathematics model of the signal interpretation. Several effective dielectric constant models, which are often used, are introduced in the paper. The paper also analyzes the applied condition of each model.
