肝硬化结节与小肝癌的影像学鉴别诊断 被引量：5

摘要 近年来，肝细胞癌（Hepatocellular carcinoma，HCC）的发病率在全世界呈上升趋势，并以其高病死率严重地威胁着人类的健康，故HCC的早期诊断也成为医学界的前沿课题．而影像医学以其无创性和直观性在其中起着至关重要的作用。近年来，随着CT、MRI机器性能、扫描技术和比剂的高速发展，人们不仅能够发现更多、更小的肝癌病灶．而且诊断的准确性也明显提高。
