摘要
建设工程监理在保证工程项目质量、保护国家利益和社会公共利益以及业主合法权益等方面日益显现出巨大作用,但现阶段工程监理不到位,名不副实,难于充分发挥作用,直接或间接影响着监理活动的发展。从工程监理体制、机制上,探讨当前工程监理的主要问题,并提出了若干相应对策。
The engineering construction supervision is playing bigger and bigger role in aspects of guaranteeing the quality of the engineering construction, protecting the national benefit, social public benefit, and equity ownership, etc. However the construction supervision in the current stage, which is more in name than in reality, is hard to play its role and therefore influences the supervision directly or indirectly. This paper probes into the main problems existing in the current construction supervision from the system and mechanism of the construction supervision, and puts forward some corresponding countermeasures.
