摘要
基于柔性多体系统动力学理论,研究了大型起重机回转机构动态特性.用拉格朗日方法建立了动力学控制方程,由三维有限元法对吊臂进行了离散.根据回转机构的特点建立坐标系,并选择广义坐标计算了风载荷产生的广义力.建立了支撑杆单元,由虚功原理计算了支撑杆产生的广义力.用ANSYS软件计算了机构振动的固有频率和相对应的振型.仿真结果表明,吊臂端点振动的位移同起重机上车绕定轴旋转的角速度成正比,最大振动位移发生在起重机制动阶段.
Dynamic characteristics of a huge crane are studied during rotating based on theory of dynamics of flexible mutibody system. Dynamic model is established by Lagrange method, boom of the crane is discrete by 3D finite -element method. Coordinate system is established and generalized coordinates are selected according to features of the rotary mechanics. Wind loads are worked out. Ties element is established and generalized force arose by ties is worked out by virtual work principle. Natural frequencies and according vibration model are attained by ANSYS. Simulation of mechanics shows that the displacement of the boom tip increases with the rotation speed of the super structure, the maximal displacement of the tip occurs during crane's braking time.
