摘要
采用改进的离子交换层析法，测定乳鼠脑组织中牛磺酸含量。结果，母鼠正常饲料对照组（饲料牛磺酸含量为０．０６％）与母鼠牛磺酸补充组（饲料牛磺酸含量为０．６％）乳鼠２日全脑及２１日大脑半球牛磺酸浓度分别为：１４．５６±０．５６与１５．０７±０．４０μｍｏｌ／ｇ．ｗｅｔ（Ｐ＞０．０５）及９．６６±０．８４与１１．１７±０．９０μｍｏｌ／ｇｗｅｔ（Ｐ＜０．０５）。方法回收率９７．２±４．１％，批间变异系数１．２％～２．８％，批内变异系数３．２％～４．８％。表明本改进方法较稳定，重复性好、无需特殊设备、适于普及推广。
The concentration of taurine were determined with improved method of ion-exchange chromatography. The concentrations of taurine in whole brain (at day 2) and cerebral hemisphere(at day 21) of pups nursed by normal control mothers were 14.56 and 9.66 μmol/g·wet respectively,while pups nursed by taurine-supplementation were 15.07 and 11.17 μmol/g·wet respectively. The recovery rate was 97.2% and the coefficient of variation was 3.2% to 4.8%. This method was accurate and suitable for opereation.
