摘要
本文研究了一种新的分光光度计算分析法即多波长吸光度数据线性组合分光光度法(简称线性组合光度法)。根据联立方程组并选择合适的系数进行线性组合,得到组合吸光度与被测物浓度成正比而与干扰物无关,从而消除共存组份的干扰获得选择性测定。理论与实验表明本法能改善选择性与精密度或准确度,与双波长、三波长、最小二乘等方法比较,本法兼具能组合的波长较多及计算简便等特点。已用于5-Br-PADAP/Triton X-100显色法测定锰而消除锌的干扰。
A new computational spectrophotometric method, the linear combination of absorbance data at multi-wavelength, has been proposed based on simultaneous equations for selective determination of the analyte, when it coexists with interference. This developed method can improve both selectivity and accuracy and is applied to individual and simultaneous determination of manganese and/or zinc using M/5-Br-PADAP/Triton X-100 chelating system.
