摘要
学术假是一项在当今世界各国高校中比较普遍的政策。本文概述了其起源、定义、目的和功能,并分析了实行的必要性。在对国外相关高校学术假政策的比较基础上,本文提出了对我国高校借鉴这一政策时的注意事项。
Sabbatical leave is a popular policy in universities all over the world. This paper generalized its origin, definitions, purposes, and roles; and analyzed the importance of its implement. After comparing some foreign universities＇ sabbatical policies, the paper provided some advice for our universities.
