摘要
对定向钻穿越管道试压时采用大型泥浆泵和小型试压泵两种试压方法的优缺点进行了比较,分析了采用小型试压泵时间过长的原因,提出了采用小型离心泵上水推球排气再利用小型试压泵试压的方法,将该试压方法与前两种试压方法进行了对比,结果表明,该试压方法既缩短了管道试压时间,又减少了试压费用,可为中短距离管道试压提供参考。
During the horizontal direction drilling project of pipeline,two hydrostatic tests,the strength test and leak test for the pipe before it pullback,and leak test after it pullback,have to carry out.Generally,the small-scale centrifugal pump,the necessary equipment,will be used in the hydrostatic test.This article introduces the application method of centrifugal pump in hydrostatic test.
