摘要
主要研究了BaO对直流电瓷材料体积电阻率的影响。在瓷坯配方中添加不同含量的BaO,拟订了三个配方,配方试验结果表明,瓷材料的体积电阻率随瓷坯组成中添加BaO而得到明显改善,在保证配方强度、烧成温度及体积电阻率等其它指标适于V类电瓷生产规定的条件下,优选出了2#配方,即在配方中加入1.5%的BaCO3,其瓷质体积密度为2.7468g/cm3,吸水率为0.0325%,开口孔隙率为0.0935%,冲击强度为3.15J/cm2,上火位无釉弯曲强度为155.8MPa,有釉弯曲强度为200.7MPa,体积电阻率在20℃时,为6.6×1014Ω.cm,在150℃时,为2.8×1011Ω.cm。
The effect of BaO on volume resistivity of porcelain body of D.C. insulators was studied. Three porcelain bodies with different BaO additive amount were experimented. The result showed apparent improvement of volume resistance with introduction of BaO additive composition 2^# with 1.5% BaCO3 additive was selected with consideration of ensuring all parameters such as material mechanical strength, sintering temperature and volume resistivity meeting requirements for manufacturing porcelain specimen, fired at upper position, of 155.8 MPa, and that of glazed specimen 200.7 MPa. The volume resistivity is 6.6×10^14Ω·cm at 20℃, and 2.8×10^11Ω·cm at 150℃.
