摘要
系统地研究了构造拆卸图模型过程中的可拆卸性筛子。基于多色集合理论建立零件的可能位移模型来表达零件拆卸过程中的干涉阻挡关系,用可能位移方程组对连通的零件单元进行可拆卸性判断,给出了子拆卸单元的求取算法。用递阶结构图表达各拆卸层次的子拆卸单元,并给出递阶结构图的构造方法。基于可能位移模型的可拆卸性筛子具有形式化水平高、易于编程等优点。该研究结果保证了拆卸图模型和拆卸过程规划结果的正确性。同时,对面向装配的设计中的装配干涉判定也具有一定的应用价值。
This paper studied the disassembling sieve in disassembly graph model systemically. Possible displacement model of product based on polychromatic set theory was established to determine the disassembly channel restriction relation among parts. Disassembling part--units were obtained after judging the disassembling of connective part-- units by possible displacement equation groups and corresponding algorithms were presented. At last, hierarchical graph was defined to express disassembling units of all levels and its constructing method was developed. Disassembling sieve based --on polychromatic sets has the advantages of higher formalization level and easily programming. Research fruits of this paper ensure correct disassembly graph model and disassembly process programming.
