摘要
本文以汞膜电极研究了在铜(Ⅱ)存在下,痕量半胱氨酸的半微分吸附伏安溶出行为。发现在Britton-Robinson缓冲溶液(pH3.0)中,半胱氨酸浓度在3.0×10^(-9)~1.0×10^(-6)mol/L范围内与其溶出峰电流呈良好线性。富集10min,检测限为5.0×10^(-10)mol/L,相对标准偏差为3.4%。本法无需前处理即可直接测定啤酒中痕量半胱氨酸,结果满意。
The semidifferential adsorptive stripping voltammetric behaviour of trace cysteine on mercury-film electrode in the presence of coppet(Ⅱ)has been studied and the mechanism is discussed, In Britton-Robinson buffer solution(pH 3.0), the concentration of cysteine is in good linear relationship with the peak current over the range of 2. 0×10^(-9)~1. 0×10^(-6)mol/L and the detection limit is 5. 0×10^(-10)mol/L 10 min accumulation. The relative standard deviation is 3. 5%. The method has been used for direct determination of trace cysteine in beer with satisfactory result.
