摘要
本文制定了以meso-四(N-甲基-3-吡啶基)卟啉〔T(3-MPy)P〕测定微量金(Ⅲ)的分光光度法,研究了金(Ⅲ)与T(3-MPy)P反应的动力学性质,测定了该反应的速率常数及活化能。金(Ⅲ)与T(3-MPy)P形成2:1的配合物,其表观摩尔吸光系数为3.24×10~5L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1)。
The title method was investigated. A sensitive spectrophotometric method for the determination of gold has been developed. Gold(Ⅲ) reacts with T(3-MPy)P to form a 2:1 complex and the apparent molar absorption coefficient of this complex is 3.24×10~5L.mol^(-1). cm^(-1). The rate of this reaction was determined. From the temperature variation of the reaction rate the activation energy of the reaction was determined.
