摘要
空气变形涤纶缝纫线的拉伸性能和干热缩率受工艺参数诸如:芯纱超喂率,芯纱预拉伸比,热板的温度,稳定拉伸比,定型区超喂率等参数的影响。本文对诸参数与性能间的影响关系进行了研究,并通过对试验结果的分析,提出了一系列较佳的工艺参数。
The tensile properties and dry shrinkage of air-jet textured polyester sewing thread are influenced by the pro-cessing parameters e. g. overfeed of the core-yarn,pre-draw-ing ratio of the core-yarn,hot plate temperarure,drawing ra-tio in stabilizing,overfeed in the post heater setting. The ef-fects of these parameters on the yarn properties have been investigated in this paper. Aseries of optimum processing pa-rameters was given ,by analyzing the test results.
