Direct Observation of Fatigue Crack Propagatoin by SEM

摘要 自制了配置于JSM-35C型扫描电镜的疲劳试验台,其由微处理机控制的步进电机施力系统和石英压电晶体的测力系统组成。应用此装置对Mn13钢和45Mn铁素体/珠光体钢的疲劳裂纹扩展行为进行了初步研究。 A fatigue testing apparatus(FTA) has been made by ourselves and installed in JSM-35C type SEMThe FTA consists of two parts: loading system drived by a stop-by-step motor and force mea-suring device including a quartz piezocrystal load cell and a charge amplifier. The whole systemis controlled by a microprocessor and programmable fatigue tests can conduct in SEM. Fatigueexperiments of manganese steel (Mn 13) and Medium carbon F/P steel(45Mn) have been carr-ied out by means of the above system. There are some interesting results, for example, (da/dN)p.11 (pearlite lamellae is parallel to the direction of FCP) is a tenth of (da/dN)p⊥(Perpen-diculor) when △K is the same condition. Under low △K and high △K conditions. plastic de-formation behaviours in crack tip region are quite different, and so on.
