摘要
300MW引进型机组7号低压加热器正常疏水不畅是一个共性问题,主要原因是7、8号低压加热器的汽侧压力之差较小,疏水水位差较大,疏水管系阻力大。在彭城电厂300MW机组工程设计中,对一期工程调整了加热器疏水接口位置,减小了疏水水位差;二期工程用旋转式可调球阀代替阀芯升降式直通型疏水调节阀,并取消2侧的检修隔离阀,减少了疏水管道的阻力,机组在大负荷范围内运行时,7号低压加热器能正常疏水。
It is a general problem of normal drain in block for the No. 7 LP heater in the imported 300 MW power unit, the main reasons of which are smaller in pressure difference at the steam sides of No. 7 & No. 8 LP heaters, larger in drain water-head and bigger in drag of drain tube system. The drain connector position in the heater was adjusted and the drain water-head difference was reduced in the Phase I project; the rotary adjustable ball valve was substituted for the direct regulating drain valve with up-and-down stem and the isolating valves at both sides for maintenance were deleted so as to reduce the drag in drain tubes during the design work of 300 MW power unit engineering in Pengcheng Power Plant. In this way, normal draining of No. 7 LP heater will be available during the operation of the power unit in large load scope.
