摘要
以脂肪醇、多聚甲醛、氯乙醇和三甲胺为原料,经缩合、季铵化反应合成了1类新型的含缩醛型结构的可分解的季铵盐型阳离子表面活性剂(ROCH2OCH2CH2NC(CH3)3Cl,R=C12H25-,C16H33-)。并用IR、1HNMR等手段对中间体和产物的结构进行了测定。还对所合成产品的表面性质(γ,cmc)以及其杀菌性能进行了研究,表明此类产品具有较好的表面活性和优异的杀菌性能。
The acetal containing surfactants (ROCH 2OCH 2CH 2N(CH 3) 3Cl,R:-C 12 H 25 ,-C 16 H 33 )have heen prepared from alkanol , paraformaldehyde, 2 chloroethanol and trimethylamine. The structure identification was performed by using IR、 1HNMR. The properties such as the cmc, and surface tension of the aqueous solution of the surfactants were measured. They showed excellent surface active properties in water. The biocidal effect of these products on sulfate reducing bacteria(SRB) was evaluated. It is shown that they are effective biocides.
