加热牵引的临床与实验研究

摘要 目的:提出用加热牵引法矫治肢体关节挛缩,以增加关节功能牵引的疗效。方法:用30条兔后肢趾屈肌腱分别在22℃、37℃及45℃温度下作牵伸实验。对14例柯雷氏骨折进行加热与不加热牵引治疗的自身对比。结果:兔趾屈肌腱在37℃、45℃时,肌腱的塑性延长率比22℃时分别提高52.8%、85.3%(P<0.05,P<0.01)。14例柯雷氏骨折,加热牵引改善腕屈伸活动的度数,比单纯牵引提高,差异有显著性意义。结论:加热牵引是一种有效的恢复关节活动度的康复治疗。 <Abatract>Objective: To introduce heat traction method to enhance the effect of function joint traction (FJT) to stretch the contracted and adhesive fibrous tissues of affected joints. Methods: 30 flexor digital tendons were taken from rabbit's hind limbs. The tendons were stretched under 22℃, 37℃ and 45℃. 14 patients with Colles fracture were self compared using FJT with or without heating. Results: The plastic elongation rates of rabbits tendons after stretching under 37℃ and 45℃ were 52.8% and 85.3% higher than under 22℃ respectively (P<0.05, 0.01). In 14 patients with Colles fracture concomitant heating resulted in a significant increase in the range of wrist motion. Conclusions: Heat traction is an effective rehabilitation method to accelerate the recovery of joint function.
