摘要
本文一方面探讨了网络免费外文电子期刊的组织,另一方面则从被PubMed收录的免费网络学术期刊和SCI影响因子(Impact Factor,IF)的角度来探讨免费网络学术期刊的质量,为快速准确获取免费期刊资源提供参考和理论依据。
To acquire free e-journals of Internet quickly and accurately and offer basis of conference, the organization of free e-journals of Internet was discussed in this paper, and on the other hand the quality of free e-journals of Internet was discussed through the point of PUBMED and IF.
