面向职业实践的德国FH办学特色——兼谈对我国技术应用型本科教育的思考 被引量:33

School-running Characteristics of German FH Facing to Professional Practice——Concurrent Consideration on Technology-applied Bachelor Education in China

摘要 德国应用科技大学(FH)在类型、层次、人才培养方向上与我国新建技术应用型本科院校相当。其坚持高级应用型人才培养方向,专业设置注重应用性、灵活性、区域性,要求师生重视职业实践,实践教学环节特色明显,应为我国技术本科教育借鉴。其启示还在于,我国应构建完整的高职教育体系,加强生、校、企密切合作,实现共赢。 The Classification, level and talents cultivation direction of FH education in Germany is equivalent to the technology-applied bachelor college newly constructed in China, and the technological bachelor education in China should refer the following advantages of FH: adhering to advanced application talents cultivation direction, specialty setup is paying attention to applicability, flexibility and regionality, requiring teachers and students to emphasize practice, standing out practice teaching step. Furthermore, China should also Build integrated: higher vocational education system, strengthen close cooperation of student, school with enterprise to :achieve common winning.
