摘要
目的:观察中西医结合治疗对慢性心力衰竭心功能、运动耐量、中医证候疗效及60天返院率的影响。方法:将149例患者随机分为治疗组75例和对照组74例,对照组单用西医治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加服抗心衰Ⅰ号方。结果:治疗组中医证候疗效、60天返院率均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗慢性心力衰竭疗效满意。
Objective： To observe the clinical effects of combination of Chinese traditional and western medicine therapy on heart function, exercise tolerance, symptoms and signs of TCM and returning hospital rate in 60 days. Method： 149 cases were randomly divided into 75 cases in the treatment group and 74 cases in the control group. Cases in the control group treated by western medicine, cases in the treatment group were treated by ＂number one for treating heart failure＂ on the basis of western medicine. Results： The effects of symptoms and signs of TCM and returning hospital rate in 60 days in the treatment group were superior to that in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： The therapy of combination of Chinese traditional and western medicine was satisfactory for treating chronic heart failure.
