摘要
在回顾和评述创业机会认知和创业决策研究的相关文献的基础上,指出其存在的问题;进而分析不同创业环境的特征,指出这些不同环境的特征对创业机会认知方式和创业决策方式的选择有重要影响,并提出创业者在三种不同创业环境下的创业机会认知和创业决策模型;认为当环境及创业者自身能力发生变化时,创业者的决策行为也应进行相应的调整。
Entrepreneurial opportunity cognition, entrepreneurial environment and entrepreneur decision-making are important issues in the entrepreneurship researches. However, early researches can not effectively explain the inhomogeneous of entrepreneur. Based on the review and comment of relevant literatures on entrepreneurial opportunities cognition and the researches of decision-making firstly, this paper indicates that there are some limitations in these researches; then analyzing the characteristics of entrepreneurial environment show that these characteristics in variable context have significant influence on the approach of entrepreneur decision - making and method of entrepreneurial opportunities cognition; at the end of this paper, provides behavior of entrepreneur varied dynamic with context and progress of capabilities of entrepreneur.
